Working with one of the UK’s premier Landscapers, Soils and Stone was asked to supply and deliver over 1500 tons of certified acidic topsoil to a large UK airbase.
‘The project had a very detailed and specific requirement. Only a true, as-dug acidic topsoil would deliver what was demanded for the acidic loving plants already in-situ’. says Ozzy Cecil of Soils and Stone. ‘We took our time and eventually were able to deliver an acidic topoil that ticked all the boxes for our Client.’ Ozzy continues, ‘to add to the projects complexity, all materials had to be delivered via walking floors so as to protect the existing infrastructure. This was a great project to be involved in and today the acidic loving plants are already showing new green shoots!’ concludes Ozzy.
